My Journey with Nhance TWIN, Visitors, FIXO and Rooms applications 

Working at Nhance has been an exciting journey, especially handling multiple products that serve diverse organisational needs. Each product is unique in its vision, purpose and impact. And I am proud to be part of their growth and adoption. Here is a glimpse of the products I manage:

1. Nhance TWIN – Employee App

Nhance TWIN is our dedicated multitenant employee app designed to simplify everyday workplace activities. From seamless attendance marking to Wall posts, Polls & Communities. Nhance TWIN brings together everything an employee needs in a single, intuitive platform. Its multitenant architecture ensures that multiple organisations can use the same app securely with their own isolated data and configurations, enhancing scalability and manageability. We started with a few features in the beginning & now we’ve a bunch of them with lots of enhancements. And many enhancements are on the way.

2. Nhance Visitors – Visitor Management App

Nhance Visitors is a comprehensive multitenant visitor management solution that makes guest entries hassle-free and secure. It ensures that every visitor is properly logged, verified, and notified to the concerned host, improving reception efficiency and enhancing the professional image of each tenant organisation. Now bringing-up the customization into it, as each tenant wants to define its own guidelines/protocols.

3. Nhance FIXO – Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) App

FIXO is our multitenant planned preventive maintenance application, streamlining task management effectively & efficiently. It helps facility teams plan, assign, and track maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure all critical infrastructure is well maintained without last-minute surprises. It enables the facility management team to manage multiple contractors, service providers & service users within a single platform seamlessly.

4. Nhance Rooms – Meeting Room Display App

Nhance Rooms is a smart multitenant room availability display app, designed to show real-time room booking statuses. It eliminates confusion, prevents booking overlaps, and ensures meeting rooms are efficiently utilised for all users, creating a smooth and organised experience in shared or large corporate environments. It can be plugged in with Google & Outlook calendars easily with minimal effort. 

The Road Ahead

Managing these diverse multitenant products gives me a broader perspective of how technology can solve everyday workplace challenges at scale. As I continue working on enhancements and customer-centric features for TWIN, Visitors, FIXO, and Rooms, I look forward to making each product more impactful, secure and efficient for all our clients.
